Tim Mose

Effective November 17th, Tim Mose was named the Director of the DSS Child Support Services Division. Tim has worked in child support for more than two decades beginning his career as a caseworker in 1993. Over the last two decades, Tim has received multiple promotions within the Division and has served as Director of the Columbia and Charleston Regions. Since 2014, Tim has been the Director of Regional Operations for Child Support Services and this year was recipient of the National Child Support Enforcement Association’s Outstanding Leadership Award.  Tim has a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics and a Master’s Degree in Management.  We are excited to have Tim use his extensive background and experience in child support, as well as his passion for the work of the Division and the Agency, to lead the Child Support Services Division. In his new role, Tim will also be a member of the Executive Management Team and we look forward to his leadership on the team.  Please extend your congratulations and best wishes to Tim.

Corius Johnson

Corius L. Johnson , A father of one daughter, a member of Royal Baptist church, Current Board Member of Low Country RISE Non Profit, member of the Talladega College Alumni Association Charleston chapter, Former board member of WIPC Wadmalaw Island planning committee A native of Wadmalaw Island Charleston, SC. After graduating from One of the Greatest Private HBCU “Talladega College” in Talladega Alabama in the y/o 2000. There he majored in Social Work with a minor in Gerontology. Attend The Charleston Trident Associations of Realtor, among Several other trainings and certificates from various other colleges. While living in Alabama Corius L. Johnson worked with many community outreach programs. He joined the Pot of Manna #478 Masonic organization in which he learned how to care for mankind and the art of brotherhood. He worked in Several local barbershops where he played the role of a counselor and a Barber. He participated in several social work organization providing human services working with the Alabama school of the deaf and blind also, the Boys club.
He later returned home to live in Charleston and continue out his life desires of helping others. Corius L. Johnson gained employment at the Department of Social Services for approximately 2 years. He then began working with Charleston county schools system as a 4th grad teacher playing multiple role with the local youth In the rural areas. He also worked with Carolina Youth development center working counseling young at risk teen in a group home setting. Since Jan. 2, 2001 til present Corius L. Johnson join the state government Department of Mental health agency. During this time many other duties came about. He began counseling in various schools motivating many to become productive citizens. He worked in the clinic providing medication management of psychiatric medication and ran several Mental health peer groups in the community. Currently, Corius is working in the Forensics division at the Sheriff Al Cannon Detention assisting the jail psychiatrist to provide mental health evaluations. Hes also facilitates several groups with inmates teaching coping skills, anger management and self esteem building. Corius also provides Behavioral management and Independent living skills to foster kids for Family Preservation Community services.
Corius plays several roles in the community just to name a few more; local Barber, DJ, and the owner of Cjohnson Rentals. Real Estate investments. Where he provide homes to tenants through the Housing Authority.

Latosha Jenkins Fludd –

Latosha Jenkins-Fludd was born in Harlem, NY and raised in Charleston, SC. After graduating from Burke High School in 1996, Latosha attended Limestone College where she received her Liberal Arts Degree. After graduating from Limestone College, Mrs. Jenkins-Fludd received her MBA from Strayer University in 2013. Mrs. Jenkins-Fludd is currently a member of Royal Missionary Baptist Church and employed as Operation Work Site Coordinator with the Department of Social Services. Latosha and her loving husband Leon are the proud parents of Taylon, Ashton, Brailen, and their dog Abby. In her spare time, Latosha enjoys reading books, volunteering/mentoring with single mothers, and spending time with her family.
